An area of quarrying or prospecting for ore. A northwest facing rock outcrop has been quarried into and the spoil and earth pushed to the northwest to form a bank. The feature measured 15m southwest-northeast by 5m and was up to 1m deep. J.J. Hall, Trysor, 9 September 2006
