The ruin of pair o semi-detached cottages, each with a single downstairs room with the remains of outbuildings. The outline plan of the structure is 7m x 12 m with walls surviving to a height o1.5m and with a thickness of 0.5m. The walls are constructed from sandstone and lime mortar. There are the remains of kitchen ranges in both downstairs rooms. There are entrances and windows to the east elevation. The cottages are indicated on the 1st edition Ordnance Survey map.
