Description1. A natural swallow hole but with signs of working for iron extraction. Finds of hammer stones and crude slab bridge. Date of working unknown (Martin, K A 1995, 80). CPAT SMR, 1996.
2. This natural sink hole was visited during the upland survey of the area in July 2005. The sink hole was empty of water but appeared as if it was filled in the recent past. No evidence was seen of the crude slab bridge recorded in 1995.
