Substantial concrete platform, 10 x 6m, the superstructure no longer extant. Offset from centre is a large concrete machine base with sheared off steel bolts. Underneath the building platform is a concrete-lined channel, which continues beyond W boundary of the building. A shaft in the centre of the machine base leads down into the channnel.
