Entrance to concrete chute. Opening is 3m wide and 2m high with concrete surround. Part of brick superstructure survives. Small concrete platform in front, also originally with brick walls. The inclined chute leads underground, probably to processing plant (NPRN293136). One of 2 chutes of this type (see NPRN293144).
