The Old White Lion is a three storey building with slate roof and rectangular red brick chimneys. There are two windows on the ground floor, both twevle-pane horned sashes, set between an early 19th century doorcase with pilasters and cornice and panelled front door. The core of the building is thought to be 16th century.
