Description

Three hut circle platforms conjoining in a linear arrangement which measures overall 18.5m (E-W) by about 6m. They are defined by earthen banks projecting from hoods cut into rising ground to a depth of 0.8m (max). The middle platform is accompanied by a smaller platform above its hood.

These features were located some 90m to the SSW of the NGR given by National Trust (SH15852419).
Individually, from the W, they are as follows:
1. 3m (N-S) by 2m internally cut back 0.8m deep, embanked on W to 0.2m high.
2. 3m by 1.5m cut back 0.8m, asmaller platform above 2.5m across and cut back 0.4m.
3. 2m (NE-SW) by 1.5m and cut back 0.5m with a smaller scoop 1.5m across above on the NE, giving the structure an angular appearance.

These hut circles differ in appearance to others in western Llyn though a dense covering of humic material may account for this.
