Detached mid to late 19th century house with a hipped slate roof with wide boarded eaves and 2 rendered chimney stacks. A 2-storey building with a 3-window scribed render front. The windows are 12-pane sashes to the first floor and 16-paned to the ground floor. The entrance is arched with a 6-panel door and a 5-pane fanlight.
