DescriptionProbably contemporary with Hendrefoilan House, which was built in 1853. Long, symmetrical, two-storey range, with advanced gabled bay to centre. Lower flanking wings at right angles to front, forming a yard. Constructed of snecked stone under slate roofs. Horned sash windows in square-headed stone surrounds. Purchased by University College Swansea in 1964 and subsequently converted to an education library.
