Wallpaintings described as ‘extensive frescos’ iwere discovered in the nave during the 1885 restoration of St Cadoc's, along with an English Lord's Prayer in Gothic print probably dating to the sixteenth or seventeenth century, and a painted Royal Arms. All were destroyed during the work.
