On top of a turf-covered mound some 2.5m. in height, lies a masonry lined pit measuring about 2.0m. in diameter and bounded by walls up to 2.0m. wide, and standing to a height of 1.5m. on the SW. The pit itself is at least 1.5m. deep and filled with loose boulders.
The feature is probably a lime kiln but there is no evidence of a draw-hole, which would have been situated on the SW.
