A large platform lies within an enclosed area above the Haffes gorge. Its long axis is at right-angles to the line of slope It has been built up at the E end to a height of 2.5m. and scooped out at the W end to a depth of 1.5m. Overall it measures 13.0m. W-E by 7.0m., the level area measuring some 7.0m. W-E by 5.0m. There is some evidence of stone revettment to the built-up slopes, while some slumping has occurred at the W end.
