Description

Located on a slight natural terrace above the river, at the foot of the rising slope of the cutting. A stone and boulder built foundation measuring 6.1m (NW-SE) by 4.2m overall with walls averaging 0.7m thick. There is much rubble in the interior though there is some indication of a partition wall in a roughly central position. The N corner is built of orthostats up to 0.7m high. There are no clearly visible entrances. The terrace upon which the building lies projects N of the building for a further 5m though there is no visible structure upon it.
