On the E side of the river, in a sharp bend at , is a broad linear concentration of stones and boulders measuring some 22m long (E-W) by 6m wide. It lies at the foot of the river cutting and may represent field clearance from the area above though flood deposition may have contributed to it. No clearly defined building can be discerned within the stone mass.
