Description
An enclosure on the N-facing side of Pant Sychbant, on moderately steep ground, is sub-circular on plan. It measures some 26m in diameter within a discontinuous stony bank best defined on the E and S where it is 1.3m wide and 0.3m high but elsewhere spread to 1.8m. Shakehole development on the W has swallowed part of the bank.
Just beyond the N bank is a small oval structure built in to the downhill slope. It is of stone and boulder build and measures 6m (N-S) by 4.9m overall, walls c.1m thick and 0.5m high with a narrow gap at the N end.
