St Michael's Church, Michaelston-y-Fedw, is built in a mixture of Gothic Early English and Decorated styles. Painted featurtes include a possible thirteenth century depiction of John the Baptist with a halo carrying a long-stemmed cross with expanded ends to the arms, or possibly a sword, and false ashlar in a window reveal in the chancel.
