Description
The southernmost platform in a group measures about 14m (NE-SW) by 6m. At its NE end it is excavated into the slope to a height of about 0.3m, the SW end being built out to a height of 1.5m and now showing signs of slumping. The SW half of the platform is occupied by a small square enclosure measuring about 7m across overall, with sides consisting of rubble/turf banks up to 2m wide and 0.4m high. To the NW are two rubble/turf mounds, possibly clearance piles or middens. The larger measures 8m (NW-SE) by 6m and 1.1m high, the other c.4m diameter and 0.8 m. high.
