A compact group of structures lies on the N-facing slope of Moel Gornach at 460m above O.D.

A rectangular building of limestone blocks, recently roughly repaired as a shelter, measuring 7m E-W x 4m overall. The walls are 0.8m wide and there is an entrance 1.2m wide in the E end of the N wall. Against the E end is the outline of a platform 2.5m square and against the W end of the S wall is the outline of a building 3.6m square.
