An oval hillfort, c.60m E-W by 26m, defined by traces of a laid stone wall, 1.8m across, occupies the W end of a steep sided E-W ridge, cut across by a bank and ditch E of the enclosure, exploiting the strategic strength of a locally defensible ridge. Recorded during RCAHMW aerial reconnaissance.
