AN oval enclosure, c.100m NE-SW by 40m, set upon the summit of an isolated hillock, defined by a bank, ditch & counterscarp, except where it rests on steep natural slopes on the NW, the entrance being in the centre of the SE facade; an apparent circular structure may be recognised.
