Warren Farm is situated on the north-east side of the minor road leading through the village (opposite St Mary's Church [NPRN: 300436] to the south), less than 1km north-west of Merrion. It is a 2 storey L-plan building, aligned north-south. It has a pitched slate roof and a massive chimney at the southern end. It may date from the 18th century, with later alterations. The farmhouse has a shippon wing and a porch in the west face of the building.
