DescriptionNAR SN13NE2
Earthworks thought to represent a medieval castle, set on low-lying, damp ground, a stream passing by its western side: a generally subrectangular, flat-topped mound, rising some 2.6m high, having a summit area of about 36m north-east to south-west by 26m, showing traces of a ditch about its south-east side & eastern angle, with a causewayed entrance apparent on the south-east.
