DescriptionA pear-shaped Iron Age promontory enclosure, c.88m SW-NE by 48m, set upon the butt end of a promontory above a stream confluence. Defined by scarps except on the E, where a bank and ditch face the approach. SS Mynno, David & Andrew's Church (NPRN 416261) lies some 180m to the west-southwest, and it has been suggested that the two sites may have represented a paired secular/ecclesiastical complex during the early medieval period.
