DescriptionCastell Meherin Camp is a generally oval ridgetop enclosure, c.150m WNW-ESE by 116m, generally defined by intermittent scarps, resolving into banks at the E end, possibly either side of an E-facing entrance; an outer double banked circuit appears to run about the N & E sides, at most c.30m from the inner rampart/scarp, appearring to run into the inner circuit midway along its S side.
Set immediately E of a smaller enclosure (Nprn304263).
The site is rather obscurred by relict field boundaries, portrayed on OS County series (Pembroke. XXIX.16 1889), which in places followed elements of the circuit.
