In long NW. wall, a C20 2-light metal-framed window each side of larger centre window under small gable. Flat-roofed C20 extension along SE. side. NE. end gable contains 2 metal-framed windows in flat-arched openings, a circular vent in ashlar frame over and moulded bargeboard. At NE. end, a cross-wing projects to each side, its NW. gable with wide, 4-light, 3-tier deep window with circular vent over; lean-to SE. extension on its return, with roof descending low. Stone boundary wall along Ellick Street, connecting with wall to Church.
