Scollock Rath is a sub-circular banked and ditched (partially rock-cut), enclosure, measuring about 94-104m in diameter. It is set on south-west facing slopes and has a south-west facing entrance, without which is a similarly defined annex, about 30m deep and extending c.65m north-west to south-east, which, unlike the main enclosure, has been levelled-up, and is thought to be later in date.
