A roughly circular hillslope enclosure, 70m internal diameter, bivallate and double-ditched on the uphill, NE side, where, 300m distant, is the lesser enclosure of Cefn Pal N (Nprn304647), which has its defences doubled where it faces Cefn Pal S. Steep natural slopes bound the enclosure to the NW and SE, but facing down the ridge, to the SW, there are no signs of scarps or banks.
