Built in 1840s? Roughly contemporary with 73-86 Broad Street? On OS 1880 ed.. Two-storey, three-bay front elevation to Anne Street of stone in slightly snecked courses; stone voussoir heads and stone cills. Lean-to conservatory in front of centre doorway, the last containing C20 door. Altered fenestration. C19 stone front garden wall with hot blast from Bessemer process as coping; quoined red brickwork flanking the garden gate.

Steps lead down from Prospect Place to rear yard; rear elevation of stone rubble with small, ground-floor window with brick cambered head; rendered, slate-roofed lean-to extension to NW., with wooden-boarded door.
