Description
On OS 1901 ed.. House of 2 storeys and attic, 2-room? depth, with gable facades to Prospect Place (rear) & Anne Street (front). Pebbledash front gable to Anne Street with green bargeboard, three plastic-framed windows to both 2nd and 1st floors, the latter windows larger, and not quite in line; at ground floor, l.h. door and wider window. Stone-rubble SE. elevation with red brick stack above red-brick flues. For garden wall, see long memo.
Prospect Place gable of stone rubble, inset with window openings with red brick cambered heads and quoined dressings, two at both attic and first floors; non-aligned, ground-floor, window set between SE., lean-to extension against SE. boundary wall, and NW. extension against Prospect Place boundary wall; steps down from Prospect Place, with blocked ash hole on SE. of steps.
