Currently in use as a dental practice.
Built ca. 1847?; later alterations. Os OS 1880 ed. Part of a two-storey hillside row comprising 65-72, separated from 64 by a "gully". Much lower roofline than 64. Originally perhaps, two single-fronted properties, but described as one by 1912 (see long memo). Slate roof; rebuilt N. gable stack. Beige-painted, cement-rendered front; two cambered-headed first-floor openings with plastic-framed windows; two late-C20 shop fronts with late-C20 house door to l. of centre. 65 with stone N. gable end, with stone boundary wall with blocked doorway, beyond, on SE., terminating in a stone pier, with another stone pier immediately beside it to N..
