Clyn Ffwrn is a standing stone, 1.4m high by 0.3m. There is no evidence to support local traditions of a cromlech, or stone circle.

The site has clearly been re-assessed by more recent fieldwork by the Dyfed Archaeological Trust, and is now recorded and scheduled as a Neolithic tomb.
