Chapel house and chapel in-line. The chapel has a traditional 2-door lateral-entry and end-gable 2-window, round-headed facade with decorative plaque stating in Welsh built 1818, rebuilt 1845. Believed to be the origin of the 1859 revivalist movement led by Dafydd Morgan who lived in a cottage at Glyn Berws.
