A S and E facing dyke, c.1,350m in length, running between the edge of the Colwyn Brook ravine (SJ18611713) to the base of Moel hill at Pen-y-boncyn (SJ17801638).
The W part of the work is represented by a single bank or scarp, with traces of a ditch, whilst in the E and N sections the bank is doubled or, in a well preserved section in a copse S of Bidffald (SJ18581668), tripled, with an overall width of c.38m.
