Modern style, brick-built, seaside house with cement finish of 2-storeys and basement with flat roof. Built in 1935 to a rectangular plan with semi-circular projection to front, formerly with loggia at first-floor. Covered first-floor balcony now glazed. Architect was Ronald H. Franks and the house was built for client, H. Melen and G. Fisher.
