Late C18 or early C19 house and barn group. Comprises small two-storeyed farmhouse with adjoining outbuilding at right angles. Stone, whitewashed, slate roof to house, with larger stone chimney to the left and smaller chimney to the right. Small-pane casement glazing; two windows set at eaves; two camber-headed windows on ground floor with roughly central camber-headed doorway with boarded door. House roof continues to right as part of barn and has camber-headed upper level window and two vents in gable end. Ruinous lean-to to left side. Outbuilding has corrugated roof; window (formerly door) and further window at lower level; gable end has window at upper level; two camber-headed doors and small window to right.
Farmhouse interior includes central stair and longitudinal chamfered beams. Living room has large fireplace with cambered beam (RAJ 19/6/2003)
