Home farm for Maindiff Court. Built by Crawshay Bailey junior (son of the leading ironmaster) in 1876. Farmhouse, stables and barn form a partly-enclosed courtyard.
Farmhouse: red/grey sandstone rubble building with yellow brick dressings and Welsh slate roof. Two storeys and attics (RAJ 17/7/03).
