Caerau Social Centre is a long, shed-like structure faced with green, vertical wooden boarding; it has a slate roof with a red tile ridge and a short, lower wing on the south-west. The window openings and doors are boarded. The north-west side elevation has a wide doorway with two window openings to each side, and three small openinings at eaves at the north-west end.
