"Blaen Ceunant Mine (Lead)" is depicted and annotated on the Ordnance Survey First Edition 25in mapping of 1888; several buildings and other structures (reservoirs, leats, shafts, levels, ore bins, &c.) are shown including two tramways and pumping rods some 335m long, running between a waterwheel and a shaft. The mine is annotated as "Blaen-Cennant Mine (Lead, Disused)" on the Second Edition map of 1905 and few features remain.
