1. A D-shaped trivallate enclosure, measuring 115m W/E by 84m N/S overall. Cropmarks show inner D shaped enclosure with broad ditch, and two main outer lines of defence. A fourth, discontinous, ditch, is visible on the east side. The enclosure is surrounded by cropmarks of small square enclosures which appear to be Early medieval graves (Nprn308907).

2. New aerial photography on 15th June 2023 revealed the main D-shaped enclosure with its broad ditch, and also clarified the external complex gateway arrangement, comprised of narrow, sharp-angled ditches and asymmetric in-turned gateways
