DescriptionThe footbridge dates from about 1898 and was erected to give more direct access to platforms after they were extended. Round arched red-brick bridge with impost bands and voussoirs, high parapet raised at either end and terminating in gate piers. Paths ramp down, wooden handrails.
The bridge is in use by the preserved Llangollen Railway (nprn 416546).
