Enclosures/boundary features noted by Jones (1971, 7; plate IIa), downslope to the east of the villa enclosure (Nprn304181).
The majority of visible features in the field below the enclosure appear to be traces of east-west cultivation ridges; apparent north-south features running parallel to current field boundaries may be discounted.
An possible counterscarp, on the south-east of the enclosure, may be the natural outcropping feature noted by Ward (1907, 186 note 1).
