Cardiff Millennium Stadium is the national stadium of Wales. It is the home of the Wales national rugby union team and the Wales national football team and also host to other large scale events, such as national car rallys and music concerts. It superceded Cardiff Arms Park Stadium (NPRN 3064) in 1999. The stadium measures 222.4m long by 181m wide. The roof is set 33m above the playing surface and the four masts which support the structure stand 83.7m above the playing surface. The stadium is orientated through 90 degrees from the old Arms Park so that the pitch runs north-south.
