Built in 1899 as the Sunday School/vestry to the adjoining Methodist Chapel (NPRN 7006). Long rectangular plan in simple Italianate style. One storey over basement with cement-rendered walls and slate roof. Set in a low rubble-walled enclosure with spear-headed iron railings and gates (RAJ, RCAHMW, 21 January 2004; based on CADW listing description).
