Description1. This structure, marked on the Ordnance Survey 25-inch plan (c.1885) was adjoined by a small trapeziodal enclosure to the N and what looks like a lay-by N of that. Visible in c.1905, the site has now disappeared.
Believed to be the birthplace of Sir John Rhys, philologist, in 1840.
