DescriptionStables and coach house belonging to the Castle of Brecon Hotel coaching inn (NPRN 25234). Now a single range adapted as hotel accommodation. Shown as two separate ranges on OS Town Plan of Brecon (1888).
The northern part of the range is a stone rubble walled, slate roofed, two storey building, with a plain gable end to the north. An attached range to the north-east, shown in 1888, is now gone. The coach house to the south, formerly showing arched entries to the west, has a more elaborate, stone coped gable, with three slits.
