The east and west sides each have two cambered headed cart entrances and the south and east walls have two rows of dove holes under the eaves. The interior has a dividing stone wall and a nine bay double purlin roof with tie beam trusses and fish-bone struts. To the east is a rickyard with five stone-built circular hayrick stands, dating from the late nineteenth century.
