Description
1. A high Victorian, 3-storey building with attic, constructed of coursed dark rubble with hipped slate roof and dormer windows. The front was originally built to be symmetrical, having a 2+1+2 facade, but was later extnded by 3-bays to the left. Horned sash windows to all floors, those to the ground floor are arcaded. Inside the main rooms have guilloche pattern cornices and panelled doors.

2. The building was constructed in 1875 by W.D. Blessley as the offices of the Powell Duffryn Coal Company. The three additional bays were added in 1906 by E.W.M. Corbett.
