Description
The Harbour Trust Offices are prominently sited overlooking Quay Parade (A483) and occupying the whole street block between Somerset Place and Pier Street. The offices date from 1902, and were opened in 1903, having been designed by Edwin Seward, an architect from Cardiff. The style of the building is English Baroque with some Art Nouveau details and it is constructed of red brick and Portland stone.
