DescriptionThe old Village Hall, completed in 1820, is L-shaped and broadly divided into two parts. With the exception of the modern porch, the building is constructed from local stone; each window is framed by old red sandstone. There are wavy edged bargeboards to the gable ends. It is thought that an earlier cottage was incorporated into the building. In 1988 the redundant building was listed.
