Two well chambers with attached cottage and a small detached latrine building. Wells ancient, but well house, cottage and latrine are probably 18th century.

Site comprises a well house, with later secondary well house to rear, and a cottage constructed c1750. The main well house is c5m square rising c3.3m to the springing of a corbelled dome, with door opening to S side. The well chamber contains a sunken tank roughly 2.2m x 1.5m x 1m with surrounding walkway and niches to walls. The adjoining cottage, built to provide accommodation for pilgrims, is a single room construction, originally with attic. Main entrance to S, with a further door, now blocked, leading directly into the well house.
